The microemulsion
Born at the beginning of '80 as ECOLOGICAL fuel oil and/or fuel, today the microemulsion is the main
technology and also the mother of all the other microemulsions obtained by mechanical actions (and not chemical mixture) present on the National and International market. It's continuously in development and evolution to be always in the forefront and better used in any field of application adapting itself to the multiple products proposed by the market and to the impositions of the Governments.
To satisfy the greater part of the fields of application and to treat all product present on the market (with particular care to the innovative products),
is continuously doing apposite research and development to keep their "Technological Heart" (The Turbotransducer ®) at the max level of performances for the formation of our microemulsion.
is also investing in research for new totally vegetable additives, that can be required in some microemulsion.
The entire range of our microemulsion, for every field of application, is well defined and placed into their right application field, with an appropriate Systems type and with its Turbotransducer ® appositely developed and designed in our laboratories where it's subject to a several structural test in order to always guarantee full functionality in the time.
Every microemulsion produced at experimental level, is analysed, checked, tested, exposed to several ageing test and appositely dimensioned with sophisticated equipment that
have on their laboratory of research.
The acquired experience in more than 25 years of continuos research, hard work, installation on field and co-operation with our customers, has carried
to create microemulsions always with higher performance and surely definable as real "micro-emulsions".
In fact the average dimension of the particle (particle size) can vary from 0,1 to 0,5 µm in case of Low Viscosity products and from 0,8 to 1,2 µm in case of higher viscosity products, also the very heavy like Bitumen and Sludge.
The achievement of such little particle size, is the Key of the Success of our microemulsion that can consequently be applied on the most and various field of application giving assurance of Stability in the time, even in case of big thermal and pressure variations.
It's well known that the emulsion used as fuel and/or fuel oil, have to've well defined characteristics as particle size, stability of the dispersed water in the bearing phase (in this case in the hydrocarbon and in the bio-vegetable), grid homogeneity, possibility to receive instantaneous variation of the water percentage adapting itself to the most specific demand. All the above is well respected on the microemulsion formed with our technology (Turbotransducer system) at any viscosity, density and temperature of the fuel oil and any hardness and temperature of the water and that with percentage of water till the 60% respect to the hydrocarbon or in any case in respect of the primary fluid.
Still today, our Turbotransducer system, also in the most modernized version, seems to represent the only technology able to fulfil all the premises required from famous science to which are added the extreme reliability and the simplicity of the method that allow it to be applied without cause any inconvenience in the management of whole system. Established and fixed these aspects we consider those relative to the combustion and the emissions in atmosphere that are every day more restrictive (Directives the EEC; DPR 203/88; DM 12.07.1990; Regional Decree, American and Canadians Normatives).
The
microemulsions manifest in combustion characteristics and behaviours substantially different respect to the mixture or the emulsions obtained through agitation with the use of various pumps and also regarding the other emulsions obtained with forced vehiculation in presence of chemical additives.
Let's see why...
By our experience and research, since from 1974, we can affirm that a drop of microemulsion, to give all the required benefits, must have extremely reduced particle size (see picture).
The fundamental aspect that makes our microemulsion substantially different respect those traditional (including those obtained by a forced vehiculation of chemical additives), are the homogeneity and stability in the time even in extreme working conditions and in extreme conditions of thermal and pressure variations.
It's of fundamental importance the technology that we apply for their formation (the Turbotransducer) today with improved characteristics applied as result of the high experience level accrued during the time.
In these conditions, during the combustion, the watery vapour produced by each drop and all the surrounding homogenous drops, is more than enough to fragment the hydrocarbon that wraps them and therefore the nucleation of the vapour contained in the micro-drops happens to optimal temperature and within optimal times and spaces, oxidizing (that means burning) the hydrocarbon in its totality, with very highly reduced emissions. It results that some that the unburned hydrocarbons, the particulate, the carbon monoxide, the aromatic polycyclic, the sulfur and nitrogen oxides are considerably reduced, with benefit on the human health, animal and also towards the structures buildings and therefore remarkably collaborate to the reduction of the greenhouse effect.
